2.      EXCHANGES: Only ready-to-wear items can be exchanged within 10 days, provided they are in original condition and packaging.

3.      CUSTOMIZED PIECES: Custom orders are not exchangeable or refundable under any circumstances.

4.      DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If an item is received in a defective condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos) for review. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5.      CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
