Orders & Payment

  • All prices are in AED (UAE Dirham).
  •  Payment is accepted via credit/debit cardsbank transfers or payment link through secure gateways.
  • Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation on WhatsApp.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across the UAE and selected GCC countries.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, typically within 7–14 working days.
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.
  • For standard sizes, exchanges may be accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in original condition.

Governing Law
